This ecological construction combines ferrous construction for primary columns and beams with adobe brick walls made from the local red clay soils ubiquitous to the mountain slopes of Papae. The crowning jewel is the 100m2 bamboo rooftop with concrete tiles that protect the bamboo structure below and provide a secure dead load anchorage for strong winds typical of the area.
